Weights are pre cooking and dressing. Please note that due to weight loss during cooking, and a latrge ammout of shell beng removed when the lobster is dressed, the final weight will be significantly lower than the starting weight.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all of our lobsters are now sold under Whitby Lobster Hatchery’s “Buy one, release one” scheme. For every lobster we sell, a donation is made to the hatchery, allowing a lobster to be bred and reared in captivity, and then released into the wild to replenish stocks.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Please note that the price of lobster is significantly higher over the Christmas period; This is because the worst season for availability coincides with the busiest time for demand, and is completely beyond our control.
