Ocean Pinks are made from Surimi — meaning "ground meat" in Japanese — produced from pollock with all fat, bones, and skin removed, then shaped to resemble king prawns. Like Ocean Sticks, they are a versatile Surimi product widely used in Japanese cooking and authentic sushi.

Often unfairly overlooked, Ocean Pinks are a fun and affordable option for seafood platters, party spreads, and salads, and a great way to add a prawn-style element to dishes at excellent value.
