Please note that all listed weights are live weights. Lobsters naturally lose some weight during cooking, and a significant amount of shell weight is removed if the lobster is dressed.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all of our lobsters are sold under Whitby Lobster Hatchery’s Buy One, Release One scheme. For every lobster sold, a donation is made to the hatchery to help fund the breeding and rearing of young lobsters in captivity before they are released into the wild to help replenish local stocks.
