In rare cases, availability may require us to substitute smaller items with alternatives of similar quality and value. We will never substitute the lobster without contacting you for approval first.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, all of our lobsters are sold under Whitby Lobster Hatchery's Buy One, Release One scheme. For every lobster sold, a donation is made to fund the breeding and release of young lobsters into the wild to help replenish local stocks.
