Half of one of our freshly cooked 500g Whitby lobsters combined with four large tiger prawns, smothered in the Magpie Café's own Thermidor sauce and finished with melted cheese, presented in an oven-proof tray and ready to go straight into the oven.
A genuinely indulgent dish that delivers the quality of a restaurant meal at home, with no preparation required. Simply heat through in the oven and serve.
Please note: Listed weights are pre-cooking and pre-dressing. Due to natural weight loss during cooking and the removal of shell when the lobster is dressed, the final weight of the finished dish will be significantly lower than the starting weight.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, all of our lobsters are sold under Whitby Lobster Hatchery's Buy One, Release One scheme. For every lobster sold, a donation is made to fund the breeding and release of young lobsters into the wild to help replenish local stocks.
